Job Summary:

Metis Practice Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Practice Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical offices, ensuring seamless patient care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate staff and guide clinical practices to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective workplace procedures to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Work with the Practice Manager to assess and develop practice growth strategies, marketing, and reputation management.
  • Supervise daily practice operations, including inventory management and staff performance reviews.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire candidates when needed, and conduct/coordinate all new hire training and orientations.
  • Interact with patients and address their complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with Physicians and Practice Manager to develop business strategies and patient services.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of employee infractions, discipline, and coaching conversations.
  • Work with Practice Manager to counsel practice staff, evaluate performance, create clear plans for improvement, and schedule follow-up meetings to track overall progress.
  • Assure that all team members are providing good customer service consistently.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent certification (Required).
  • Proficiency with electronic practice management (EPM) electronic medical records (EMR) (Required).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Windows (Required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of medical office management experience preferred.
