Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator/Warehouse Associate to join our team at Reading Truck. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of parts and materials to meet the needs of our internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials to and from designated areas, including racks, shelves, and vehicles
  • Pull and pick orders for any type of pick ticket
  • Assist in shipping, receiving, and stocking parts as needed
  • Provide product support to technicians, including wire diagrams and other technical information
  • Responsible for ordering parts requested by bus technicians in the shop
  • Receiving and distributing parts to technicians according to requests
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
  • Assist with sales and quoting parts for customers, schools, and vendors while growing and maintaining relationships
  • Participate in cycle counts and 5S and LEAN initiatives
  • Follow all safety rules and standard operating procedures
Requirements
  • Prior experience in parts and/or warehouse/receiving associate roles
  • Preferred experience with bus/diesel parts
