As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by developing and implementing wellness programs that cater to their physical, emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual, and vocational needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct resident assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized wellness plans
- Design and implement a variety of wellness programs, including fitness activities, educational workshops, and social events
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of wellness programs with medical care
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- At least three to five years of experience working with the elderly or disabled population
- Current driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paid training opportunities and certifications
