Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct resident assessments to identify areas of improvement and develop personalized wellness plans
  • Design and implement a variety of wellness programs, including fitness activities, educational workshops, and social events
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of wellness programs with medical care
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
  • At least three to five years of experience working with the elderly or disabled population
  • Current driver's license and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
