As a Front Desk Coordinator at ISI Elite Training, you will assist existing members in maximizing their membership benefits and welcome potential members to our vibrant fitness community.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Promoting new membership options.
  • Engaging in lead generation activities.
  • Creating content for social media platforms.
  • Supporting sales initiatives at community events.
  • Conducting outbound calls to potential leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Meeting daily performance targets.
  • Executing the sales process to expand the member base.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in member-accessible areas and ensuring lobby equipment is functional to enhance member experience.
  • Assisting with sales programs and promotions for supplements, merchandise, and memberships.
  • Delivering a proactive and positive experience for members.
  • Facilitating session check-ins and utilizing facility technology for sales processes and member account management.
  • Preparing and serving cold towels for members.
  • Being a reliable team member, arriving punctually and completing responsibilities and targets.
  • Contributing innovative ideas to advance the business.
  • Having flexible availability to support team scheduling when necessary.
  • Being open to new experiences, growth, and learning opportunities.
  • Adhering to facility and franchise guidelines.
  • Collaborating with coaches and facility leadership to achieve regular objectives.
  • Acting as a proud representative of the brand; sharing your connection with ISI with your network.
  • Attending at least two training sessions per week.
