Overview

  • We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and secretarial support for our engineering staff.

About the Role

  • Provide administrative support, including typing, designing, and proofreading general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc.
  • Assist with Deltek software and maintain files.
  • Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and make travel arrangements.
  • Work on special projects for engineering staff.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Deltek.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid Driver's License.
