Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising administrative staff, including providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
  • Managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and preparing reports
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong educational background in business administration or a related field
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
