We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel and Booking Specialist to join our team at LHH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements and reservations for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring all arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and preferences.
  • Reservation Management: Manage and oversee hotel reservations and other accommodations, addressing any issues or changes promptly to maintain a seamless travel experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison between the company and service providers to address any concerns or requests.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of travel bookings and expenses, preparing reports as required to track travel-related expenditures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings or events as needed.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: Prior experience in hotel reservations, concierge services, or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Prior Experience with Sabre: Utilizing the Sabre software is a plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, proficient in using reservation and travel management systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
