As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting skilled professionals who align with our firm's specialized expertise and client needs.

You will leverage innovative sourcing techniques and rigorous assessment methods to ensure we hire top-tier talent that strengthens our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with corporate services hiring managers to fill designated positions
  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for candidates, including resume selection, scheduling, and interview day monitoring
  • Sources qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards and professional networks
  • Serve as the main point of contact for staffing agency inquiries and contracts
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure applicable agreements are created and reviewed
  • Provide new hire information to HR teammates and assist with recruitment support during busy season
  • Maintain recruiting databases and the Intranet, making edits and adjustments to templates and postings
  • Facilitate compliance and recruitment information, and participate in candidate greetings and wrap-ups
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting, with in-house professional services recruiting experience preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for various positions
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other HRIS systems
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and strong verbal and written communication skills

We offer a fast-paced office environment with multiple tasks and demands. Travel as needed.
