Construction Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Carpenter to join our team at Lead-Seattle, working on various construction projects across Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Renewable Energy, and Marine.
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
Job Description:
As a Carpenter with our company, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications, cut, shape, and measure wood, plywood, and other materials according to project needs, and collaborate with other construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools, as well as woodworking machinery.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction methods.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and time management skills.
