Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Specialist to lead our construction crew in delivering exceptional landscaping projects. As a hands-on leader, you will oversee the onsite work of 2-4 crew members and coordinate with our team to ensure successful project execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of landscape construction experience (5+ preferred), is organized, dependable, and skilled in various landscaping techniques. While English or Spanish speakers are welcome, bilingual candidates are preferred to enhance communication with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of 2-4 members, ensuring efficient and high-quality work.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and instruction to crew members.
  • Drive the company truck and transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.

Compensation: A competitive salary range of $60,000–$85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
