As a key member of our team, you will have the chance to develop your skills in drafting demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and mechanic and materialmen liens, bond claims, and related notices. Conduct depositions and site visits, draft and argue motions, research and confirm title and property information, advise clients regarding lien, bond claim, security, and credit management procedures, and attend and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of litigation experience, a license to practice in Washington in good standing, and prior experience with construction defect, HOA/condo, insurance bad faith, etc. A desire to grow with a busy practice is also essential.
