Compensation
The annual salary for this full-time role is $49,500, plus performance bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Residential Sales Executive will play a crucial role in boosting the number of active residential customers in the market. Responsibilities include:
- Consistently achieving and surpassing monthly growth targets while promoting GFiber's internet, voice, and television services.
- Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems with pertinent customer data, statuses, and notes.
- Building a robust sales pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions and follow-ups via phone or email.
- Collaborating with GFiber team members to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Demonstrating knowledge of GFiber's network and technical deployment, effectively communicating its benefits to customers.
- Assisting management in mentoring and training team members, fostering a spirit of teamwork and community.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle check that meets company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
While not mandatory, the following qualifications are advantageous:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, strategic account management, or customer service.
- 1 year of experience in a leadership role involving mentoring and training team members.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar lead management software, along with a track record of managing long-term customer relationships and achieving success metrics.
- Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written.
- Outstanding communication skills.
