LPN Medication Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, and we are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The LPN Medication Care Manager is responsible for providing high-quality care and services to our residents by administering medication and treatments in a safe and organized manner. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Administer medication and treatments to residents in a safe and organized manner
- Review and document medication administration records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
- Transcribe orders and maintain accurate records
- Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately
- LPN, LVN, or state/province specific licensed nurse credential
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
