Key Responsibilities:
The Baylor RN Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Overseeing the administrative, clinical, and professional development of nursing staff during the designated shift.
  • Coordinating and directing all aspects of nursing care delivery.
  • Demonstrating leadership competence and relevant clinical experience.
  • Collaborating with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure timely compliance with medical orders.
  • Conducting unit rounds to ensure adherence to established standards of care.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory agency standards.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A current CT Registered Nurse License.
  • Experience in a nursing management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • A professional demeanor with exceptional bedside manner and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce.
