We are seeking a highly skilled LPN Medication Care Manager to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Medication Care Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner, while also providing exceptional resident care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans, while ensuring the highest level of safety and accuracy.
- Resident Care: Provide exceptional care and support to residents, including conducting Service and Health Updates, participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), and transcribing orders.
- Risk Management and General Safety: Partner with the community team to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements, while also promoting a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff.
- LPN License: Must be a licensed LPN or LVN in good standing.
- Certifications: Must maintain certifications in CPR and First Aid, as well as any other required certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience working with seniors is preferred, but not required.
- Skills: Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents.
