About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Services Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco. This is a Temp to possibly Temp-to-Hire position, offering the opportunity for growth and long-term employment based on performance and business needs.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our visitors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize offices, kitchens, and meeting rooms to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Provide backup support for the Receptionist during daily breaks and absences.
  • Assist with mail and package deliveries, including coordinating courier services.

Estimated Salary: $28–$29 per hour

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in office services, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
