Key Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of a canoe and kayak facility.

Your duties will encompass collaborating with the Manager to supervise the dock personnel and rental services, engaging in rental activities and cashier duties, preparing equipment for excursions, ensuring the functionality and availability of rental gear, maintaining the facility's appearance, and delivering exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele.

The ability to work autonomously is essential, as your shifts may not always coincide with the Manager's.

Qualifications:
A solid background in customer service is required. Experience in team leadership and proficiency with computers is advantageous. Previous work in the boating sector and current certifications in CPR and basic First Aid are highly preferred. Candidates must be capable of lifting 50 pounds. Multilingual abilities are a plus but not mandatory. Full-time positions are available; weekend availability is necessary.

Compensation:
Starting pay is $20/hour plus an annual bonus. There are opportunities for both full-time and part-time summer and year-round employment, along with benefits.
