Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive training programs for Medical Assistants, focusing on both theoretical and practical components.
- Ensure that all instructional materials align with course objectives and standards.
- Inspire and motivate students to excel in their training and future careers.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, embodying our core values of excellence, compassion, and community.


Training Focus:
- 77% of your time will be dedicated to conducting structured training sessions for new clinic staff.
- 13% will involve preparing educational materials and managing necessary documentation.
- 10% will focus on continuous improvement of training methods and content.

Compensation:

Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of full-time clinical experience as a certified medical assistant or registered nurse, with instructional experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medical assisting procedures and the ability to assess student performance effectively.
