Job Title: Training Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Support Specialist to join our team. As a Training Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training support to our clients, including developing and delivering training programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our clients
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure that clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training content and materials
  • Provide technical assistance to clients as needed
  • Participate in the development of training policies and procedures
  • Conduct safety checks on training equipment and facilities
  • Participate in the development of training budgets and resource allocation plans
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in training support center operations
  • Prior military experience preferred
  • Valid Driver's License is Required
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experience as an instructor/staff/cadre member
  • Working knowledge/understanding of military protocol/chain of command
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships
  • Possess professional demeanor and attitude
  • Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian work forces
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner
