Job Summary

U.S. Legal Support is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Analyst to join our team in California. As a Client Support Analyst, you will be responsible for interacting with clients via email and phone to resolve issues, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with other Operations departments to ensure seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
