Riderflex is seeking a skilled Radiological Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and supervise Radiological Technologists and/or Sonographers in a designated region. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the mobile field and be willing to travel up to 50% within the service area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring staff follow company policy and procedures
  • Planning and implementing schedules and staffing within designated regions
  • Monitoring performance and forecasting service needs
  • Conducting staff evaluations and making recommendations to management
  • Assessing employee needs and making recommendations to management
  • Responsible for image quality reviews and ordering supplies, equipment, and equipment repair
  • Maintaining inventory of equipment assigned to designated region
  • Orienting new employees to company policies and procedures
  • Reviews technologist payroll timely to ensure productivity and resource control
  • Fleet management scheduling of vehicles/equipment for proper maintenance
  • Continuously monitor, develop, and oversee all technologist clinical credentialing, training, and quality of service
