Radiology Supervisor Mammography

At the University of California, San Francisco, we are seeking a highly skilled Radiology Supervisor Mammography to join our team. As a key member of our Radiology Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Mammography Department, ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train radiology technologists and ancillary staff
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and shift coverage
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and quality control standards
  • Develop and maintain cooperative working relationships with physicians, researchers, and other clinical staff
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff to improve services and enhance image quality

Requirements:

  • Licensed technologist in a radiology modality
  • 2-3 years previous supervisory experience
  • 10 years of imaging experience
  • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to rotate shifts and sites

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment
  • ARRT certification
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
