The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Senior Superintendent to oversee construction projects across the country. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with project teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily supervision, ensuring on-site safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality assurance.
  • Conduct safety meetings and maintain overall site safety by enforcing project procedures and safety program requirements.
  • Communicate and document project progress with the project team and clients regularly.
  • Manage subcontractors' workmanship and construction site organization.
  • Write and document daily progress on Procore.
  • Read, understand, and enforce project plans.
  • Coordinate inspections.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-5 week look ahead schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience working on out-of-the-ground projects, mixed-use, multi-family, retail, theatres, shopping centers, grocery, multi-story self-storage, etc.
  • Computer skills, Procore knowledge, and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite programs.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
  • Must have permanent authorization to work in the US.
