Construction Site Manager

As a Construction Site Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in managing large commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and leading a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget
- Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet the required standards
- Developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Monitoring and controlling project costs, resources, and timelines
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
- Providing regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Site Superintendent managing large commercial projects
- Proven track record of managing complex projects, leading teams, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction management software, including Procore and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with interpreting site plans and maintaining accurate project documentation
- Experience with site management and leading projects
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train team members and trade partners
What We Offer:
- Annual salary of $95,000 - $120,000 per year, plus a bonus
- Employee health coverage, 100% paid by the company
- 401K with company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%
- Unlimited vacation time
