Account Manager for Commercial Clients

We are looking for a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at APR. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client service and managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance to clients on policy and coverage matters
- Conduct thorough research to answer client inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless account management
- 7-10 years of experience in commercial insurance account management
- Strong knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
The estimated annual compensation for this role is $100,000-$125,000, based on experience and qualifications.
