Job Summary

Veterans Enterprise Technology Solutions (VETS) is seeking an experienced Policy Analyst with Manpower expertise and a TS/SCI clearance to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position with full benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Human Capital analysis and strategic workforce planning expertise to support the Human Capital Management Office.
  • Perform analysis on civilian, military, and contractor workforce data to assess mission readiness and provide recommendations to HCMO leadership.
  • Draft policy and leadership responses on human capital and strategic workforce planning tasks in support of a Total Workforce.
  • Support joint duty assignments within the OUSDI organization.
  • Develop professional quality presentations tailored to audiences throughout the Defense Intelligence Enterprise.
  • Provide support in the presentation of reports to OUSDI (Personnel & Readiness) and any follow-on inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Python programming skills.
  • SQL skills.
  • Four-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
  • 3-5 years of policy and program management support experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • DataBricks experience.
  • Qlik experience.
  • Three years of experience in business intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • Public relations skills, including courteousness, tact, and good verbal and writing communications skills.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and work cooperatively with other office personnel.
  • Program Management experience in a DoD environment is preferred, and OUSD (I) experience is highly preferred.
