Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit warranty claims to Heavy Equipment Vendors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with service departments to gather factual information, supporting the maximization of warranty claim recoveries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service departments, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and claim resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in warranty claims management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve warranty claim efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, finance, or a technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warranty claims, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Physical and Mental Demands

The successful candidate will be required to sit or stand for prolonged periods, with the ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 10 pounds in weight. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
