Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales growth, developing new business relationships, and expanding our customer base. You will work closely with our store teams, district managers, and other stakeholders to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Pursue commercial sales opportunities with businesses and multifamily property management customers.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing commercial accounts.
- Collaborate with store teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide training and coaching to store teams on sales techniques and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving commercial sales growth and developing new business relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
