Job Title: Hotel Front Desk Supervisor

At Hampton Inn & Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maximize revenue.
  • Train and cross-train team members on front office operations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage front office workload, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office Manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Participate in revenue management and forecasting to drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of front office supervisory experience in a similar size property.
  • Strong analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proven track record of motivating teams to meet and exceed goals.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members.
