  • Research, implement, and oversee a Facilities work order management system.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with vendors and internal teams.
  • Coordinate the development and processing of purchase orders, invoices, and expenses.
  • Evaluate all facility vendors to ensure compliance with licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements.
  • Manage interactions with Property Managers, General Contractors, and Consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management Services or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in facilities management within the restaurant sector is essential.
  • Familiarity with Facilities Work Order Management Systems and intranet platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities operations, construction, contract service agreements, and financial principles.
  • Experience with restaurant-specific facilities management tools such as Carrigo, OfficeTrax, ServiceChannel, and Facilities Solution.
  • Willingness to travel 15% - 20% of the time.
