We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at ABM Services. As a key member of our cleaning and upkeep team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, fixtures, and equipment
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Notify Manager of the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older
No experience required, and on-the-job training provided
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience
1 year of similar work experience
