Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Provide training and coaching to housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a hotel housekeeping function.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations and service techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Luxury hotel experience.
  • High school or equivalent education.
Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length. Must be able to exert well-paced ability to maneuver between functions occurring simultaneously. Must be able to lift up to 15-40 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis. Must be able to walk, stand, sit, bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks.

The pay scale for Housekeeping Supervisor is $25.75.
