About the Opportunity
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. This is a unique opportunity to build a successful career in sales and work with a well-established company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up with them as needed.
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and identify opportunities for growth.
- Work collaboratively with the agent to develop and meet marketing goals.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- A track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- An interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- The ability to make presentations to potential customers.
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Bosnian.
- A Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain a Life and Health license.
