Job Title: Market Development Manager

At Independent Waste LLC, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Market Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and partners, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive loyalty and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
