Job SummaryThe Front Desk Administrator is an entry-level position with opportunities for long-term growth and development. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily reports and data entry
- Scan and save company documentation
- Schedule utility flagging and maintain contractor registrations
- Sort and distribute mail and packages
- Order office supplies and maintain vehicle records
- Assist with warranty claims and permit requests
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
