Job Overview:

The Commercial Sales Consultant will be tasked with cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships within the retail and commercial sectors for a reputable millwork organization.

This position requires the development of robust partnerships with retail business proprietors, gaining insights into their requirements, and delivering customized millwork solutions that elevate their product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.


Primary Responsibilities:

Business Growth:
Identify and pursue potential retail clients to create new sales avenues.

Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to broaden market presence.

Client Relationship Development:
Build and sustain strong, enduring relationships with retail business partners.

Comprehend clients' needs and preferences to offer tailored cabinetry solutions.

Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and issues.

Sales Implementation:
Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the advantages of our millwork offerings.

Draft and present comprehensive sales proposals and estimates.

Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements to meet or surpass sales objectives.

Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to remain updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging product opportunities.


Provide insights to the product development team to support the creation of new cabinetry products that align with market needs.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain precise and current records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions utilizing CRM software.

Compile regular sales reports and forecasts for management evaluation.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a Sales Consultant, ideally in the cabinetry or related millwork sector.

Strong grasp of the retail business landscape and sales methodologies.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Capacity to cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver's license and readiness to travel as necessary.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
