Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative to join our team at the Armstrong Group. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain assigned sales quota and adhere to established guidelines
  • Identify new business opportunities through creative lead generation techniques
  • Present sales proposals and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and advantages of our products and services
  • Adhere to current company policies, procedures, products, programs, and services
  • Follow up with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Process work orders and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved procedures

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of prior business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the commercial security industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Aptitude for consultative sales approach and customer-focused mindset
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule and manage time effectively
  • Ability to safely complete site surveys, which may include walking long distances, working in tight quarters, and enduring extreme temperatures
