Your Responsibilities
  • Formulate strategies for business expansion with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Work alongside clients to tackle challenges and enhance value.
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships.
  • Guarantee high levels of client satisfaction across various projects.
  • Lead teams in pursuit of addressing clients' business requirements and guiding them to successful outcomes.
  • Direct project teams to deliver intricate solutions.
  • Contribute to the success of projects.
  • Manage client accounts and provide updates on account activities.
  • Offer specialized knowledge in the retail or consumer packaged goods sector.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven experience in establishing and nurturing client relationships.
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience supervising project teams within an IT service or consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex accounts within large organizations.
  • Experience in leading transformation initiatives that involve personnel, processes, and technology.
  • Prior experience in revenue generation and sales management.
  • Expertise in negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • A commitment to continuous learning.
  • Established connections within the Nashville business community.
  • A background in retail or consumer packaged goods is essential.
