Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to support our Global Reinsurance team at The Hartford.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting at the Executive level, with excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational skills, and strong computing abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to the Head of Global Property/CUO, Head of Specialty Casualty, and Lead Actuary/Head of Accounting Operations.
- Manage calendars of appointments, travel, and meetings, using appropriate prioritization and decision-making skills to resolve potential schedule conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate travel and meetings, manage expenses and expense reports in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare and edit presentation materials, as needed, and produce ad hoc reports and manage special projects.
- Initiate timely and professional responses to emails, voicemails, and written correspondence.
- Work with the leader(s) to establish event planning budget and ensure that events stay within budget and spend expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting at the Executive level.
- Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizational skills.
- Strong computing abilities and power user of critical technology applications: Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), OneNote, Workday, Travel and Expense applications.
- A high level of initiative and be a self-starter, self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Impetus for team efficiencies and continuous improvement in routines, tools, and processes.
- Must be detail and quality oriented and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Efficiency and ability to prioritize and project manage are essential.

We offer a total compensation package that includes short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition, in addition to our annualized base pay range of $61,760 - $92,640.
