The ideal candidate will have experience refreshing and deploying new equipment, including desktops, laptops, headsets, and monitors. Key responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, such as connectivity and imaging problems in a Windows environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills – working with hardware and software issues
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow as a ticketing system
  • Experience imaging laptops
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entry level IT certification (A+, Net+, Sec+, etc.)

Contract Details:

  • 12 month contract + extension
