Job Title: Director, Workforce Transformation

At KPMG, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Workforce Transformation to join our Human Capital Advisory - Advisory Services practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic workforce transformation projects that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to design and implement workforce transformation strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and change management initiatives to drive cultural and behavioral changes within the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in workforce transformation, change management, and organizational design.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in workforce transformation, change management, or organizational design.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful workforce transformation projects that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
