As a key member of our contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members via phone, ensuring their financial needs are met with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, and transfers.
  • Provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
  • Assist members with account inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and member satisfaction.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a call center environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be bondable.
  • Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
