Position Overview:

The Outreach Supervisor is responsible for spearheading initiatives and events that promote the services offered by the health center while fostering collaborations with local organizations. This role is funded through grants and requires a commitment to the core values of CareSTL Health: Customer Service, Community, Commitment, and Competence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage departmental reporting activities, ensuring timely review and submission.
  • Organize internal patient engagement events and work alongside partners to facilitate community events and health fairs.
  • Formulate both short-term and long-term strategies for Eligibility and Enrollment operations, including setting goals and projections.
  • Create a marketing plan tailored for Patient Engagement events and educational outreach aimed at specific target demographics.
  • Oversee the daily functions of the Patient Engagement team, providing leadership in problem-solving, maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures, and generating reports to assess efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role is required.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience is necessary, with a preference for experience in a clinical or medical setting.
  • Reliable transportation and personal insurance are mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is essential.
  • Flexibility in work schedule is required, including potential evenings and weekends.
