Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate new incoming client intakes, providing tours and program information, and completing initial intake processes.
  • Assist with training and overseeing of the BHT team, as well as training newly hired Intake Coordinators.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure clients are assigned appropriate rooms for their needs.
  • Address client concerns and questions to prevent AMA discharge.
  • Remind clients of program rules and regulations, and report/document infractions appropriately.
  • Act as a liaison to connect clients with clinical staff when necessary.
  • Provide emotional support and maintain proper boundaries.
  • Exercise sound professional judgment and seek help when necessary to manage client behavior.
  • Complete assigned paperwork accurately and timely, including incident reports.
  • Provide effective communication with other staff to promote quality client care.
  • Report safety and maintenance issues to the Director of Operations.
  • Maintain Standard Infection Control Precaution (SICP) per facility policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with vocational training preferred in a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting for client care.
  • Supervision experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
