Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Senior Financial Analyst within our Finance Operations team. This pivotal position is focused on hospital medicine services and offers the opportunity to significantly influence the service line's performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will collaborate closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to analyze financial results, assess growth opportunities, and prepare budgets aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure financial statements accurately reflect operational activities and contractual obligations.
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including historical performance evaluations, future projections, and risk assessments.
  • Support the budgeting process by working with business leaders to identify trends and quantify financial impacts to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract modifications, renewals, and business development initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation of board materials and respond to ad-hoc requests from C-suite executives and investors.

Required Qualifications:

Experience:
