About the Position:
We are seeking an experienced engineer to join our team as a Digital Control Systems Designer. In this role, you will support the development of digital control systems for optical communications and precision synchronization applications. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that leverage your expertise in firmware and software development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop firmware and software for optical communications and precision synchronization applications
Design and implement digital control systems for advanced photonic systems
Communicate results through writing and slides to task leads and program leadership

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering, physics, or related technical discipline
3+ years of experience developing firmware and software for optical communications and precision synchronization applications
Ability to obtain Top Secret level security clearance by start date and ultimately TS/SCI level clearance

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000 - $190,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
