Job Summary

Mozaic Senior Life is seeking a skilled Laundry Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for producing clean linen, personal clothes, and other essential items for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Laundry Operations: Effectively manage the laundry process, ensuring timely and efficient production of clean linen and personal clothes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our facilities team to maintain a safe and clean work environment, and to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our laundry products, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies of linen and personal clothes for our residents and staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned by management, to support the overall goals and objectives of Mozaic Senior Life.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in laundry operations or facilities management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
