• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited law school and admission to practice in one or more US states
• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or contract law
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, geology, or environmental science preferred
• Experience in engineering, environmental consulting, or construction fields preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines

As a key member of the corporate legal team, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to minimize legal and business risks.
