As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of tools and resources across our global organization.


Key Responsibilities:

60% Lead Development of Tools:


  • Evaluate and select tools, partners, and platforms that best meet the needs of our business goals, market trends, and Master Franchisees.
  • Lead the creation of tools and provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and adoption.

30% Lead Best Practice Sharing:


  • Establish a process for information sharing and standardize communication to ensure consistency across our marketing team.
  • Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities across our marketing team and drive end-to-end process design and management to ensure alignment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to foster alignment and consistency in the use of digital tools.

10% Coordinate DPI Digital Meetings and Summits:


  • Coordinate monthly marketing webinars, annual marketing summits, annual learning summits, and bi-annual marketing summits at Rally.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
  • Previous Domino's or QSR marketing experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years of marketing, agency, or marketing consulting experience with Third Party Aggregators.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to influence, direct, and engage superiors and global colleagues.
  • Strong verbal, organizational, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing a team.
  • Knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies driving consumer behaviors and expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement in paid media strategies.
  • A collaborative and innovative spirit with a strong desire and motivation to continually learn and improve.
  • Self-motivated and high degree of organization and bias towards action.
