We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Retail Buyer to join our team at Crossroads Trading Co. Inc. As a Retail Buyer, you will be responsible for sourcing and selecting high-quality, second-hand clothing and accessories to sell in our stores. Key Responsibilities
  • Select and purchase second-hand clothing and accessories from various sources, including consignment shops, estate sales, and online marketplaces.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality merchandise.
  • Work closely with the buying team to plan and execute buying strategies that meet sales goals and customer demand.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and industry developments to ensure our stores are always stocked with the latest and greatest items.
Requirements
  • 6+ months of retail experience, preferably in a buying or merchandising role.
  • Excellent fashion sense and knowledge of current trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, or a related field preferred.
